Product description：

This is the molds for furniture cosmetic parts.

The resin is PA66+GF20 black. Customer’s requirement is no marks on cosmetic area. No welding line on cosmetic surface. we have to do mold flow simulation before mold making. We fine tuning the mold design so that no weldingline on the cosmetic area.

Normally for this kind of part, It has visible welding line. But we can make it with no visible welding line.           The glass fiber flow marks also no visible.

It is for desk finish parts. we will use around 150degree mold temperature to mold it. This will for normal electrical socket but plus cable exit in small space. so it will clean the desk and multifunction.

The products are thin thickness in all core side ribs. most of them less than 1mm. For this material isn’t so easy to make it. EP marks and better cosmetic always  the two conlictions thing. we need find the right solution for it.
